This workshop presents an overview of program design and evaluation. Participants will learn the components of a logic model and an evaluation plan through a hands-on approach. Participants will draft an evaluation plan that includes key action steps they can take immediately for their program. |

This workshop presents an overview of the basics of grantwriting. Participants will learn the key parts of a proposal, how to organize a proposal, what goes in each section, proposal process planning, how to draft compelling language and how to assess staff skill sets. |

This workshop presents an overview of how participants learn to create collaborations and/or partnerships.
